Part Time Staff

Are you looking for work to fit in around other responsibilities or around studies? We may be able to help. We have opportunities for daytime, evening, weekend and holiday working. Let us know what hours you can work and we will see what we can do. We need responsible, enthusiastic people who we can rely on to deliver the customer service levels we need. Previous experience not always necessary as training can be given.

A chef who can take responsibility for a section in the northcote manor kitchen, supporting the management team in a proactive way. Someone who may well have had a 1 michelin star background or have proven abilities to succeed in a kitchen of this standard.

Assistant General Manager

A senior member of the management team, deputising for the General Manager, you will be in charge of the day to day operation. Your expertise is working through a team of people in order to deliver exceptional customer service.

Junior Manager

If you have a hospitality related qualification and/or hands on operational experience and are looking to gain the solid grounding you need to become a manager in the hospitality industry, then this is the role for you. You will contribute to the overall operation in which full training will be given.

Sous Chef

Contributing to the successful operation of the kitchen, you will have a proven track record with the ability to contribute to the management of a busy kitchen to achieve profitability and excellent food hygiene & health and safety standards.

Chef de Partie

A competent chef with experience as a chef de partie, you need to be capable of contributing to the a busy section of the kitchen.

Front of House

You will help to maintain a perfectly created atmosphere and ensure that the needs of our customers are immediately attended to and that the quality of service is such that they return time and time again.

Waiter / ess,  Bar Person

We are looking for both full and part time staff who will help us deliver our high standards of customer service. Join our fantastic team, experience not essential, we only need your enthusiasm and for you to be well presented.

Cleaning Staff

We need staff to ensure that our premises are kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. Hours normally 9am  -12.
Experience useful but not essential.

Kitchen Porter

We need kitchen porters to do basic food preparation, ensure the kitchen and all equipment are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and to wash all crockery and cutlery during service hours. Will include shifts.
