“There’s nothing easy about this week-long festival. It’s seven long days and nights of intense activity. Virtually no sleep.
But it’s a week-long high. A concentrated period of culinary conjuring with friends we both admire and respect. We end the week exhausted…but exhilarated too, already planning when we can do it all again.
