Northcote Manor would be delighted to host any private event, totally exclusively to you, taking over The Manor and its fourteen bedrooms for a resident capacity of twenty eight guests, additional guests are welcome within this exclusive opportunity.

For that special family occasion totally exclusivity would give you the undivided attention of our discreet and friendly staff, Nigel and his brigade cooking all your favourite food exactly how you would like them with the true Haworth touch, wines from our extensive cellars and above all an experience that will live with you forever.

For a corporate meetings of minds, a real treat for the people who matter in your business or an exclusive opportunity to impress your valuable clients, The Manor is your perfect solution. You have the use of The Manor in its entirety, which includes our bespoke boardroom, The Private Room, for up to 28 with full technical support. To enhance your experience we are able to organize a multitude of motivational, social & sporting activities, for example, Clay Pigeon Shooting at Kelbrook; Golf at top North West courses, Premiership Football & Rugby Union, Horse Racing at Haydock, Fell Walking with a guide, Shopping and lunch in Manchester, the ideas are endless.

Midweek Takeover

The minimum price for fourteen couples is £7000 inc VAT per takeover during the week, guests arriving 2.00pm through to departure after breakfast the following day at 11.30am

Saturday Takeover

The minimum price for fourteen couples is £8500 inc VAT per takeover on a Saturday, guests arriving 2.00pm through to departure after breakfast the following day at 11.30am

Sunday Takeover

The minimum price for fourteen couples is £5500 inc VAT per takeover on a Sunday, guests arriving 2.00pm through to departure after breakfast the following day at 11.30am

This would include all meals and snacks as agreed, unlimited wines, champagnes & spirits from our bespoke Takeover List, and soft drinks.

You may wish to invite extra guests to join you and they would be more than welcome, the extra charge per person would be £180 plus VAT.
