Whether you’re imbibing with some of the world’s greatest wine experts, dining on the inspired creations of award-winning chefs, or learning their skills first hand, this is sheer enjoyment.

Cookery Days

All cookery days start at 9.30am (with the exception of the BBQ evening course) with freshly ground coffee and homemade biscuits. Nigel Haworth’s demonstrations start at 10.00am along with Craig Bancroft matching wines to the dishes.

You can also buy these wines and buy featured produce fresh from our guest producers. It’s then time for an aperitif and canapés, followed by a 2-course lunch with a glass of house wine and coffee. Expected finish time is 3.00pm

The all-inclusive price for each Cookery Day is £60.00

Wine Evenings

All wine evenings start at 7.30pm with a selection of canapés and an aperitif chosen by Craig Bancroft or the guest speaker. At 8.00pm, join us for a 4-course dinner prepared in our award-winning kitchens specially created to compliment the evening’s six featured wines… each of which you can enjoy as part of the tutored tasting. Dinner finishes with freshly ground coffee and the evening drifts to a close around 11.30pm.
